I am a clinical psychologist in Chicago, Illinois. In my private practice, I offer online psychotherapy and coaching services for adults. I have extensive experience working with individuals from different cultures, the LGBT community, and people who are neurodiverse and medically complex.
I am licensed to provide therapy in Illinois and am available for coaching and men’s groups with people around the world. How do you know which one is right for you?
Therapy may be right for you if you’re struggling with concerns such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, attention/learning difficulties, medical conditions, and relationship problems. Your goals for therapy may include self-understanding, self-acceptance, improved mood, increased confidence, and satisfaction in one’s relationships.
Coaching or a men’s group may be right for you if you are coping well but want to create a vision for your life, break through self-limiting beliefs, reach new levels of growth, or take the lead in your relationships and work. Reach out to learn more about how I can help.
What clients have told me:
People tell me that they can share their pain with me, that they feel truly seen and understood, that I ask the questions that help them look deeply inside themselves, that I have a calming presence, that they feel connected to me, and that they can make crucial shifts in how they think and feel about themselves. While I have a serious demeanor, people tell me they appreciate me being down to earth and having a good sense of humor.
Training, Credentials, and Experience
In addition to being a clinical psychologist, I have advanced training and experience in neuropsychology and often incorporate this perspective to help neurodiverse clients. I have worked for years in a rehabilitation hospital for people with severe neurological conditions and understand how people with disabilities can find satisfaction and success.
